How new is your equipment?
All of our equipment is either new or in excellent condition (gently used). Any gently used items we carry have been carefully inspected for quality and cleanliness. Warranty information on new items has been submitted so we can be notified of any recall issues. We also receive bulletins from the Consumer Product Safety Commission on product recalls to keep our inventory up-to-date and your children safe. We can provide you with make and model information at any time.
Is the equipment sanitized?
Yes, prior to each new rental, all equipment is cleaned and sanitized. The equipment is also inspected for safety before each rental.
Is there a minimum order that I need to make?
A $35.00 minimum order is required.
Where does Tiny Toes deliver?
We offer free delivery to hotels, resorts, B & B’s, and private residences in Grand Traverse County, Leelanau County north to Suttons Bay and West to Leland, eastern Benzie County and southwest Antrim County. Dependent on location, distance, and time of day delivery is needed, we will deliver outside these areas; however, a gas surcharge will apply.
Will you install car seats?
We cannot do this for liability reasons. We will be more than happy to provide the instruction booklet for you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash for all orders. Cash payments in full are expected at time of delivery. A credit card number is required at time of reservation to hold your order. It will not be charged until time of delivery or, in case of cancellation, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that plans change. All orders cancelled within 48 hours will be charged a $40.00 processing fee. Orders cancelled before 48 hours will be charged a $10.00 processing fee. Should you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at 231.357.4590.
Are there discounts for extended stays or multiple rentals?

What are the rental terms?
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver to sign. These agreements must be signed prior to, or at time of, delivery.
